On bases of the signed contract, implementation of PUB 2000, the new core banking system of Komercijalna Bank Belgrade by Pexim started on 7th September 2007. The contract envisages implementation of all applications by 31st December 2008, throughout specific modules, in three phases.

Pexim finalized the first phase by 31st March 2008, according to timeline. The following applications were implemented: Foreign Currency Payment (FCP), Tezauri Operational Risk Solution (Serenity) and iBank for FCP. The period of stabilization is planned to last until 25th of April 2008. It is of a great importance to highlight that the implementation of mentioned applications was done in agreed timeframe, thanks to engagement and effort of Pexim's experts, as well as team from the Bank. Also, integration with existing information system of the Bank was successfully performed. Implementation of other modules is in the ongoing phase, and will be induced according to the project plan.
