Pexim announces that it has become part of the ASSECO Group, one of the ten largest IT corporations in Europe. The ASSECO Group, with headquarters in Poland, today has its representative offices and companies in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Lithuania, Croatia, Romania, Macedonia and Serbia, and there are plans to expand into several other European countries and into the USA. ASSECO operates in market areas such as banking, insurances and public administration. The goal of the Group is to increase the number of employees in 2008 up to 7.500, while the targeted net profit amounts to 65 million EURO.
