President of the Management Board of NLB, Mr. Marjan Kramar and Pexim’s CEO Mr. Miodrag Mircetic have signed Master Agreement on a Long Term Business Cooperation, which provides further tightening of already established partnership with regard to development, maintenance and support of technical and application solutions in information technology, new development requirements, roll-out, implementation and support of IT solutions. These operations are also based on the NLB’s management decision to establish a partnership which will maintain and improve the bank’s position on the financial market and enable NLB Group to keep up-to-date with the new technologies.  
The key starting points and approaches for long-term mutual business cooperation will be incorporated with Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d. Ljubljana and all connected companies located at the territory of Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Bulgaria, referred as the “NLB Group”.

Steering Committee that shall conduct joint operations is established and consists of three NLB Group representatives and other three from Pexim.
