As the outcome of joining International cooperation for e-Government and e- Participation for Western Balkans countries, on 17th December 2007 Pexim organized workshop for Serbian Customs Office at IN Hotel Belgrade, Serbia. The Workshop was attended by 26 customs officers from Serbia, guests speakers from Belgrade School of Electrical Engineering - Professor Dr. Veljko Milutinovic and Mr. Zoran Babovic, and consultants from Austrian Bundesrechenzentrum GmbH Company – Mr. Peter Sonntagbauer, Peter Frühwirt and Thomas Zach.

The consultants spoke on the subjects of institutional framework in Austria, main roles and responsibilities within Customs administration, legislative, organizational and IT aspects of the Project. At the end of this seminar, future aspects of cooperation between the Austrian and the Serbian Customs Administration were discussed.
