The Project Team Kick-off meeting between Komercijalna Bank Belgrade and Pexim was held on 7th September 2007 at IN Hotel Belgrade. The meeting marked the official start-up of the new core banking system implementation project at the Bank. This was the meeting of both sides where the project and the work that will be completed were discussed in detail. The main purpose of the event was to introduce the project team members, discuss the general project guidelines, address any questions and, as well, discuss the base project plan elements. The parameters of the project work, timeline and control process were defined and confirmed. As a result, an action list with assigned responsibilities was created, so that the implementation could start immediately. To be continued…
