In December 2006, Agrobanka A.D. Belgrade and Pexim continued long-term cooperation with new contract on IT services consolidation and implementation of disaster recovery system.

The Contract comprises installation of the latest generation IBM x3950 and Blade Quad Core servers, EMC CLARiiON CX3-20 and CX500 disk subsystem, Legato NetWorker software for back-up and CISCO networking equipment for locations at Novi Sad and Belgrade.

Part of the Contract is production of Project for consolidation of IT services at IBM Blade center, domain migration, instalation of the new production environment, system integration of EMC storage and IBM cluster server, implementation of Legato Backup solution, design and implementation of Disaster Recovery location, as well as training of the Bank’s personnel.

EMC CLARiiON CX500 will be used for Stand-by Storage, and Pexim will create technical procedure for activation of Bank’s IT production at Disaster Recovery location in case of an incident at the primary site. The Bank will, accordnig to that, develop detailed procedures plan, which besides a technical part, includes organizational segment of responsibilities, obligations and reactions in order to have protection from operational risks.

One of the requests from the Banks side was an implementation of CA for digital signature and installation of Microsoft ISA proxy server. Pexim will perform PKI infrastructure design, identification of certificates’ use and politics, definition of CA hierarchy, protection, assurance and certificates’ life cycle.

This complex Project will engage team of Pexim’s qualified and certified specialists and once again prove our ability to deliver latest technologies, as well as excellent know-how of business processes.
