FX Client is a desktop application design that provides you with instant access to your bank account information, or how to make transaction. It is an off-line application based on Windows platform. The user of this application performs all the actions through a local database. The synchronization of the data with the real data in the bank database is done periodically or when the need arises. FX Client does not demand permanent internet connection, only an occasional one in order to perform the synchronization.
