entire PUB 2000 Core System and all it’s applications are based on the
same architecture and shared resources. The core system is based on a
SQL server, and since it fully supports ANSI SQL standard, it is easily
portable to Microsoft SQL server, IBM DB2 or Oracle and client
applications are Windows based, with optional integration with MS
Office applications. Depending on demand, database can be centralized,
distributed or replicated.

Communication Architecture

2000 Core System can utilize various networking architecture. Minimum
requirements go as low as analog dial-up networking used for
synchronizing off-line servers, over analog and ISDN dial on demand network, up to fast online connection over VPN or private networking.
Multiple servers can be added to the system to improve the performance
and reduce network loads. These servers can be synchronized over
permanent connection for enhanced performance, or if the permanent
connection is not available, they can be synchronized periodically or
on demand.

2000 Supports multi-channel distribution over the Pexim I-Bank Multi
Channel service center, using WEB, voice, WAP, SMS and Fax.
Implementation
