We're fortunate to have so many talented people with different backgrounds, skills and interests that make our company strong and capable of dealing with any task. Our people are young, educated and adaptive, and they are always accepting new technologies and industry trends. Grouped in teams, they have accumulated more than 290 man years of professional experience, dealing with more than 120 projects in our recent history. There are four teams gathered around different tasks and projects, sharing a common technology focus – Core Banking team, E-Solutions team, Business Intelligence team and Advanced Infrastructure team.

Core Banking team

This is our largest team, focused on development of Core Banking software, PUB 2000. Core Banking team has the greatest software engineering experience, both in the field of software management and software construction. These people are not only the programming experts, but they are experts in finance and banking domain.

Most of our senior programmers and engineers are in this team, bringing their experience and wisdom, so the fact that they as a team have more than 100 man years of work behind them does not surprise.

E-Solutions team

In opposition to Core Banking team, E-Solutions team is younger, gathered together to exploit all the latest techniques and technologies while building an entirely new product. They have been working on this project for about two years, with average of ten people allocated to this project. This team has various skills and interest, required to develop a technology of this kind. Since we are aware that their expertise goes together with their requirements for education, they are present at all relevant conferences, sometimes as the spectators and sometimes as the lecturers.

Business Intelligence team

Business intelligence team is a combination of young and experienced experts with a vision to produce solutions which will reach total customer satisfaction across the globe. Synergy of the team spirit and knowledge, most recent technologies, project management approach, as well as the global partners support and cooperation, will make this vision a reality. Global interest for our solutions and team members fast growth are the best signs that we are on the right way.

Advanced Infrastrucure Services team

Advanced Infrastrucure Services team (AIS team) provides various ICT deployment services.
Our AIS team is compact but efficient, thanks to being together for more than a decade. They are focused on the products and solutions offered by ICT leaders like Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, EMC2... and are certified throughout worldwide training centers.
Beside the implementation, this team provides support and maintenance services on all our product lines. Due to excellent response and skills of our AIS team, we have high rates of customer satisfaction. The team has a longtime experience and knowledge required to detect, recognize and solve any problem caused by ICT malfunction.
