Support Specialist (specijalista tehničke podrške)
Primary tasks:
o Response to support requests by users of Pexim banking applications
o Guiding clients towards precise definition of problems and clear presentation of solutions to a defined problem
o Registering additional problem description and resolutions for later use in the know how base
o Search for causes of problems and reporting to the programming team
o Writing and supplementing the user documentation
o Training of users for use of developed banking solutions

Primary tasks:
o Server installation, configuration and maintenance based on Windows 2003 platform
o Monitor and optimize security and system architecture, hardware devices and drivers
o Reporting and analysis regarding SLA management
Requirements:
o College or university degree in the area of electrical engineering, IT or mathematics
o Knowledge and understanding of IT technologies (applicative and infrastructure ones)
o Understanding business continuity procedures and processes
o Experience in the IT is desirable

Advantage will be given to candidates who:
o have MCSE certificate
o have experience with Linux based operating systems

Junior Sales Specialist - Sales Assistant (asistent prodaje)
Primary tasks:
o Engagement on certain number of smaller clients – Accounts
o Regular contacts with clients and developing client relations
o Assistance to colleagues - Senior Sales Specialists - Account Managers
o Sales plan design and implementation
o Coordination of internal resources for the purposes of preparing, acquiring and implementing the account
Requirements:
o College or university degree in the area of electrical engineering, economics, IT or mathematics

Software Developer (programer)
Primary tasks:
o Maintenance of existing banking operation applications (Delphi, SQL server)
o Implementation and completion of existing application solutions
o Development of new solutions under new technologies supporting service oriented architecture (.NET)
Requirements:
o College or university degree in the IT technology area
o Knowledge of any of the following tools: Delphi,.NET (C#,VB), Pascal, C/C++
o Knowledge of SQL and work on relation data bases
o High English language proficiency
o Professionalism and ability to abide by procedures
o Independence in problem resolution and ability to quickly master complex systems
o Team work ability
