Plans and coordinates human resources within assigned team
o Organizes available resources in order to complete agreed targets according to previously defined job requirements
o Controls timely completion of initiated working activities for all employees within assigned team
o Directs and develops an individual as well as team over
entrusted tasks
o Keeps track and evidence of daily and monthly activities
of all employees within assigned team and prepares related reports
o Monitors employees’ effect within assigned team and takes part in rewarding in line with achieved performance
o Takes part in defining project teams and project activities
o Individual and team building with the aim of achieving results
o Cooperates with Project Managers in management of human resources and in planning activities and project costs
o University degree (Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Faculty of Organizational Sciences)
o Experience with leading projects, teams and/or individuals (advantageous)
o Working knowledge of MS Office package, as well as MS Project
o Commitment to work, results orientation and good coping with stress and short deadline terms
o High level of communication
o Good managerial skills and planning ability
o Knowledge of banking business and procedures is considered
as an advantage
